Lord Honey, Kentucky has its version of a Moscow Mule with just one little difference--You guessed it--we use bourbon instead of vodka--and we call it a Kentucky Mule. Well I like to put my own touch to the Kentucky Mule by adding different flavors above the standard liquor, lime and ginger beer traditionally found in Mule cocktails. This one is called the "Kentucky Red Mule" a play on the famous Red Mile harness horse racing track in Lexington Ky.
