1-cup apple sauce

2-tsp cinnamon

1-(3.4oz) pack French vanilla pudding

2-cups heavy whipping cream

2-tsp vanilla

2-small red apples, cored, and diced fine

Directions:

· Crumble the store bought pie shell and set aside.

·Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and whip until light and fluffy, whisk in the butterscotch, and apple sauce.

· Add the cinnamon and pudding, mix together until combined, set aside.

· In a separate mixing bowl, place the heavy cream and vanilla, whip until stiff peaks form.

· Using small trifle cups, place 2 tablespoons of the crust into the bottom, and press down.

--Spoon or pipe a layer of whipped cream over crust; add a layer of the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle a layer of diced apples, add 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs, finish with a choice of either a whipped cream or cream cheese layer; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a sliced apple.

Tip: You can add 1-2 tablespoons cinnamon bourbon to the whipped cream to make it an even tastier treat.
