Lord Honey, who don't love a good trifle. Well let me tell y'all, my "Butterscotch-Apple Mini Trifle" with all the great tastes of Fall may just become your new favorite.
Butterscotch Apple Mini Trifle

Makes 6
Ingredients:
1-(8oz) pack cream cheese, really soft
1-(12oz) jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1-cup apple sauce
2-tsp cinnamon
1-(3.4oz) pack French vanilla pudding
1-store-bought graham cracker crust
2-cups heavy whipping cream
2-tsp vanilla
2-small red apples, cored, and diced fine
Directions:
· Crumble the store bought pie shell and set aside.
·Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and whip until light and fluffy, whisk in the butterscotch, and apple sauce.
· Add the cinnamon and pudding, mix together until combined, set aside.
· In a separate mixing bowl, place the heavy cream and vanilla, whip until stiff peaks form.
· Using small trifle cups, place 2 tablespoons of the crust into the bottom, and press down.
--Spoon or pipe a layer of whipped cream over crust; add a layer of the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle a layer of diced apples, add 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs, finish with a choice of either a whipped cream or cream cheese layer; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a sliced apple.
Tip: You can add 1-2 tablespoons cinnamon bourbon to the whipped cream to make it an even tastier treat.
