Smokin’ Hot Sausage Dip

Serves 12-14
Ingredients:
1 lb Hot Breakfast Sausage, cooked and crumbled
½ lb Pepper Bacon, diced and cooked crispy
6 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and diced, can leave seeds in if you want it hotter
2 -8 oz Packages of Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
¼ cup Sour Cream
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 cup Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3 Green Onions, chopped for garnish
Pork Rinds, Tortilla Chips, or Crackers for dipping
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Spray a medium size ( 11x7 or 9x9) baking dish.
* In a medium size mixing bowl, place sausage, peppers, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, sour cream, and onion powder Mix until combined.
* Pour into baking dish.
* Top with extra sharp shredded cheese.
* Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
* Remove from oven and top with bacon and green onions.
Serving Suggestions: Tortilla Chips, Corn Chips, Crackers, Celery Sticks, Pork Rinds, Sour Cream, Black Olives.
Tip: You can make this with any flavor breakfast sausage if you don’t like the hot.
