Lord Honey, what could possibly make hot wings and nachos better---well a big ol' helpin' of spuds right smack in the middle--that's what. I know y'all are gonna love my take on 3 of my fave finger foods---hot wings, nachos, and tater tots. Just whip up my "Hot Wing "Tot"chos" the next time y'all need a crowd-pleasin' plateful.
Hot Wing "Tot"cho

Ingredients:
2-pounds tater tots
2-pounds diced cooked chicken
1/2-cup hot wing sauce
1/4-cup taco sauce
4-cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
1-bunch green onions, diced
1-small can sliced black olives
8-strips bacon cooked and crumbled
Sauce:
8-oz sour cream
1/4-cup half and half
1-pack dry ranch dressing
1/2-cup crumbles blue cheese
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 400, place tater tots on a sheet tray that’s been greased, sprinkle the tater tots with salt and pepper.
*In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken with the hot wing sauce and taco sauce, until coated.
*In a small bowl, place the sauce ingredients and mix together.
*When the tater tots are crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle on the cheese, then evenly spread the chicken on top of the tater tots, and top with the onions, black olives and bacon.
Drizzle sauce over top.
