Makes 2 dozen

Ingredients:

1-cup butter, soft

1 ½-cup white sugar

1-egg

2 ¼-cups All purpose flour

½-tsp baking powder

½-tsp salt

Sugar Mix (for rolling the cookie balls in)

½-cup white sugar

3-TBSP Lt brown sugar

Festive Holiday Sprinkles (optional)

Directions:

· Preheat oven to 350°, line cookie sheets with parchment or silpats.

· In the bowl of a stand mixer place the butter and sugar and cream together.

· Add the egg and vanilla, mix to combine, scrape down sides of bowl.

· Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt, add to mixer and stir in just until combined.

· Using a 2 ounce cookie scoop, form a dough ball and roll it in the sugar/sprinkle mix

· Bake on a cookie sheet for 8-10 mins no longer, remove and let cool on rack.

I doubt they will last that long.

JR- I don’t know if you’re using a computer or your phone. You can do a copy & paste into a word application or notes on your phone. Print from there. Or take a screen shot. If you’re on your computer & connected to a printer just do CONTROL P & it should print no problem! Hope that helps.

Where are the replies to the comments. I can not pull up the reviews. I do not subscribe to twitter am very cautious about facebook. Have an account, do not publish. Are the recipes not allowed to be printed? Have been a fan of yours since the baking show. What do you recommend? What am I doing incorrectly?
