Tipsy Brownie

Lord Honey Children there ain’t nothing better than a brownie, except maybe for my new Tipsy Brownie this is a great dessert to celebrate any occasion. Giver a whirl today.

Tipsy Brownie

Ingredients:

1-box fudge brownies

1/2-cup bacon grease or veggie oil

2-eggs

1/4-cup beer

3-tsp vanilla

Toppin’:

1-cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1/2-cup peanut butter chips

Caramel Sauce:

2-cups caramel sauce (your fave)

1/8-cup beer

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350, spray an 8x8 baking pan.

  • In a mixing bowl place the first 5 ingredients and pour into prepared pan.

  • Bake for 35-40 mins.

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle on chips, return to oven for 5 mins, remove and spread the chips over top to cover.

  • In a small bowl whisk together the caramel and beer.

  • Pour caramel over brownie and garnish with pecans.

This is gonna be an amazing addition to our family reunion this weekend especially when the beer I'll be using is Guinness lol, with a name like McAllister what else could I use
