Lord Honey, a winter-time take on a traditional summer favorite--even Ol' Jack Frost would approve of my "Frost-Bite Margarita"--traditional ingredients with a touch of frosty blue and a dash of peppermint.
Frost Bite Margarita

Serves 4
Ingredients:
6 ounces tequila
2 ounces triple sec
4 ounces lime juice
2 ounces blue curacao
2-4 drops peppermint extract
½-cup white sugar, for rimming
Limes for rimming
Directions:
· Fill a pitcher half full of ice, pour the first 4 ingredients over ice and stir, add the peppermint drops and stir again.
· Rim 4 glasses with lime and then dip in sugar.
· Place ice and drink into the glasses.
Tip: Make sure to rim the glasses well with sugar.
